How do I sign up for EFT for my membership dues?
Simply fill out the authorization form and mail to:

You may also visit your local Farm Bureau office to complete and sign the form there.
When will my membership payment draft from my account?
Your membership payment will draft every year on or around the first day of your renewal month.
If I sign up for EFT, can I still pay my dues using a different payment method?
Yes, you can pay your dues using a different form of payment up until the scheduled draft date.
How do I change the bank account being used to draft the payments?
Contact your county office. You will need to complete a Membership EFT Update Form and sign a new Authorization and Agreement Form. This will need to be done at least 15 days prior to your membership renewal date.
How can I cancel my EFT draft?
Contact your county office to expire your EFT authorization. This will need to be done at least 15 days prior to your renewal date.
Can I sign up for EFT drafts after I’ve already paid my dues for the year?
Yes, you can sign up for EFT drafts at any time; however, the yearly drafts will not begin until the following year when it is time for your membership to renew.
Will EFT drafts for membership affect my insurance policy?
No, signing up for EFT for membership will not affect your insurance policy.
Will I still receive a membership dues notice with a new membership card every year?
Yes, a bank draft notification along with a new membership card will be sent every year approximately 6 weeks prior to the scheduled EFT draft.

To ensure timely dues payments, please complete and return the Authorization form at least three weeks prior to your membership renewal date. If your renewal date is at least three weeks from now, you can set up drafts to occur for this year’s payment. If your renewal date is less than three weeks from now, please pay using your usual method and you can set up EFT for future years.
